Deanna Leung Madden
I have four passions — building companies, my family, travel, and giving back to the community. For nearly three decades, I launched numerous for-profit companies in the technology and hospitality sectors. To re-charge, I traveled extensively throughout Europe, Asia, Australia, and North America. When my husband and I went from zero to three kids in 14 months, we promised each other that our new “lifestyle” wouldn’t hamper our love of travel. With three kids under two-years-old and a dog, our family of six took our first trip and never looked back. We love to explore new places — whether it’s a hidden beach, glacier, national park, museum, restaurant, amusement park, ranch, or adventure across the world.
Famventure is my passion party. It leverages my business experience and allows me to share my love of family travel with others — all while giving back to a cause that has always been important to me.
Reeka Ninomiya
My career journey has taken me through various industries from real estate development and international trade to semiconductors and cyber security. I’ve worked at leading global companies and startups — all while being involved in my kids’ academic schedules and competitive sports as well as our community. Although it was always a challenge to step away from our busy schedules, we always took the time to travel. And I look now at my kids who are about to start their own journey as young adults, I truly cherish the special times we’ve had together to explore and bond.
Famventure is for busy families who don’t have the time to plan their own epic trips. They can rely on us to create invaluable moments that everyone will always remember. With 2020 being a year like no other, we can all say that we are ready to experience a family adventure beyond our backyard.

I’m responsible for driving the product and technology that powers Famventure. As a technology leader, I’ve successfully transformed and built high-performing teams by streamlining processes and implementing innovative technologies for several successful companies such as iStreamPlanet, CenturyLink, Xbox, and Microsoft. By fostering an environment where people have a voice and can fully contribute, I elevated these organizations to new heights of growth and profitability.
As someone who has the opportunity to travel the world for business, I’ve been able to experience different cultures and see some of the most beautiful places on earth. I wish I had shared more of these travel experiences with my son which is why I’m building Famventure — it’s a fantastic way to enrich the lives of children by exploring the world together as a family.
